I'm very proud of my writing output today.
  1. I did a major chunk of a novella that I've been rewriting for Writers of the Future
  2. Started a new story, and
  3. Started a new novel that demanded that I break ground now.
This on top of the novel that I'm already amidst should prove to make this an interesting month. =)

One of the biggest lessons I have been forcing myself to learn lately is to let drafts be whatever they are going to be, and save the polishing for the end. I say don't worry about how it reads when it comes out. Focus on making it come. : )

I am! I'm pretty good about letting the first draft be whatever it's going to be, though I do tend to read through what I wrote yesterday and start to fix it a lot.
